Welcome to IV Golf (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use the Website.

Website Use

• You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms.
• You agree not to use the Website:

Accounts

• In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Orders and Payment

• All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by IV Golf.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
• Payment must be received by us before an order will be processed.
• All prices are in $USD and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Returns

• You have a 14 day shipping or return policy starting from the day the order was fulfilled. 
• Limited edition, special launch items and sales items do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
• Returned or used items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
• Under the contact us tab.  Enter your order number, email address along with your comments.  You will receive a confirmation email with return shipping instructions once the return request is approved
• Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
• If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 5-10 days

Missing Items

• If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but it has not in fact been delivered, you must first contact USPS for more information 
• You must contact us within 5 days of notice of delivery via the contact us tab - your email must include your name, order number & the information USPS has provided you about your delivery
• You must follow the steps above in order to receive a replacement order or a store credit.

Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery via the contact us tab including name, order number & comments.  We will email you back promptly. 
• An email response back to us must include your name, order number & a photograph providing proof of damage. If the exterior packaging is damaged, you must also provide proof of the envelope or box
• In order to receive a replacement item, the damaged item must be returned with the hang tag attached & item must not be washed or worn

Intellectual Property

• The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by IV Golf, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website, without notice, if you breach the terms of this Agreement.

Changes to the Website and the Agreement

• We reserve the right to make changes to the Website and the Agreement at any time.
• If we make a material change to the Agreement, we will provide you with notice of the change.

Governing Law

• These Terms and your use of the Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your state/country], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
